The boys are having a fun season. Evan's U10 team is playing up, against U11 teams but is still undefeated. They are now 3-0-1 They have had two good games and two blow outs. The last game ended in a 1-1 tie. The other team was good but they came very close to getting beat. Evan's team get a PK in the last couple minutes but it was saved by the keeper on a nice play. Fun games!
Ian's team is 4-0 with mostly winning by extreme blowouts. Ian has scored in 3 of the games and is getting more and more time as forward. Partly due to his teams dominance, he does not need to play keeper. Usually he starts there then moves to back. At halftime he moves up to forward. It is great watching him, he has gotten really good. He has even been recruited to a 3v3 indoor soccer team. He will start practicing with them soon and will have a tournament at the end of the month.
Here are a couple good shot I got of Evan last Saturday.

And some of Ian
This does not look like it, but it was a great deflecting save

We really enjoy watching soccer matches. Lots of fun. Hopefully some day we'll get to see the boys play in person.
. . . You can really see how tall the boys are getting in these pictures.
I agree, the boys look soooo tall in these photos! Enjoyed them all, but especially loved Ian's big lateral save.
