While it did start to feel a bit like Fall today, it did not, last Saturday when the boys played their second soccer games of the season. Evan is back with the Rangers who are an imposing bunch of boys. They typically have little competition, as was the case Saturday when they won 10-0. They plan to go back to the Governor's Cup state tournament in November and another rematch with the Auburn team, this time in Auburn. Hopefully they will get some good competition there.
Ian is on a new team, The Patriots. We have been pleasantly surprised that the team has quickly improved and shows signs of being really good. There are quite a few boys with very good foot skills and speed. Ian has been playing back and keeper but he could go anywhere. His game has gotten a lot better a he plays in a very relaxed manner. His team tied their first game and won Saturday 4-1.

It must be boring to be keeper when your team is that good! Lots of fun when the game is really competitive. Good photos, as always.
