Evan had a good game tonight. His Cubs faced the Yankees who have beaten them twice this season. The team played well and cameback from five points down to tie the game in the last inning. They then held off the Yankees who went scoreless their last at bat. The game ended in a 13-13 tie. Evan had two trips to the plate. The first time he had a couple of good swings that missed when he got hit by a pitch. It hit him in the wrist and stung but he was ok and went on to score. At his second time up, he was the lead off hitter in that last inning. He got into a full count and then got a decent hit, safe at first. He went on to score again. It was a fun game and I got some good shots to share.

Ouch! Amazing that you froze that ball right as it got to his wrist. I'm glad he was not hurt. It sounds like it was SUCH a good game. Does Evan feel a little more positive about baseball now?
p.s. I wonder where he got those long legs???
